Practical information on booking, preparing for your consultation and tests, and arranging home visits.
How to book
Call the front desk on +39 02 668 8972, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 8 pm, or send an SMS or WhatsApp message to +39 375 556 0143, or an email to segreteria@studiomedicocali.it.
When you book, the front desk will indicate the most appropriate doctor, the expected duration and any preparation required.
What to bring
- an identity document and, if you have one, your health insurance card
- reports of previous tests and consultations, including those from other centres
- an up-to-date list of the medicines you take, with doses
- any hospital discharge letters
Blood tests
Blood samples are taken at the practice on Monday mornings, or at home within the city of Milan. For most tests you should fast from the evening before; you may drink water.

Home visits
Within the city of Milan, the practice offers home cardiology consultations with ECG and portable echocardiography, as well as blood sampling.

Languages
Most of our physicians speak English, and the front desk will help you arrange your visit, from the first appointment to any further tests.

Can I book on behalf of a family member?
Yes, the booking can be made by a relative or by whoever is caring for the patient.
How early should I arrive?
Arriving a few minutes before your appointment is enough to complete the registration.
How do I prepare for a test?
Instructions for each test are available in the Tests section; the front desk will confirm them when you book.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Please let the front desk know as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp or email, so that the slot can be offered to another patient.
